With 5 Ongoing projects, Ozark Custom Country Homes is in the middle of it’s biggest year since it was formed in 2008. All projects are in Searcy County, Arkansas.
703 Sky Hawk, a 1300 SQFT custom rental cabin is nearing completion near Gilbert/St. Joe, Arkansas and the Buffalo National River. This is the 2nd project we have built for Sky Hawk Ridge, and there are a lot more plans coming for this development soon. Stay Tuned!!
Hickory Hollow, a 1600 Square Foot Custom Log Home with a full basement, is about 80% complete. Beautiful wood floor has recently been installed, and custom cabinets are being prepared for installation. A rock Fireplace is also currently under construction.
Bowith Hollow, a 1100 SQFT custom home with a full basement, is dried in and the Plumbing, Electric and HVAC is currently being installed. This is one of the most interesting home designs that we have constructed. Watch for a new post soon about this exciting project.
South Mountain, the largest of the 5 projects, a custom 3000 square foot home, is currently about 40% complete, is in the dry and in process with electrical plumbing and HVAC systems being installed. This is a beautiful brick home with a complex roof design and many luxurious features. We will soon have construction shots and a new post about this beautiful project.
Dugger Road Addition, a 18′ x 10′ Craft room addition to an existing Log Siding home that we built in 2016, is in the foundation stage, and will begin framing soon!! Watch for more information soon!
